The farm began its activity in 1987 with a limited production. The total absence of pesticides, thanks to non-intensive farming, and its autoctonous, practically unique vegetation make the Trieste Carso a real paradise for this farm and all honey lovers. The farm has chosen quality rather than quantity, by carefully selecting the honey production.
