One of the leading restaurants, as far as fish dishes are concerned, in Trieste and outside the province, mentioned in prestigious food & wine guidebooks and magazines: Michelin, Gambero Rosso, etc. The restaurant has been totally renovated with a spacious parking area, panoramic terrace, easy access for the disabled. Animals allowed. All credit cards are accepted.
Ami Scabar does the cooking and also buys the fresh fish. The wine list is prepared by her brother Giorgio, with special attention to the local products.
