This traditional bakery has been active for several generations at the entrance of the Rosandra Valley, in the square of Bagnoli della Rosandra. First it began as a bakery and over the years it has specialised as a confectionery and chocolate shop. Recently it has obtained the UNI UN ISO 9001/2000 quality system certification in three production lines: bread, cakes and chocolate. In 2003 it also obtained the "Pure chocolate with high cocoa butter content" certification. The entire production process is regularly and accurately checked, improved and updated.

A wide selection of bread, typical pastries, cakes (pinza, putizza, presniz, kuglof) and home-made chocolate products.

Opening hours:  Open 7.15 AM - 1PM, 4.30PM - 7PM. Closed Mondays, Wednesday afternoons, Sundays.
