Do you know " popotíca"? Have you ever tasted "šelinka"? What about savouring some "štruklji" or having a taste of fragrant bread right out of the oven? This autumn the Carso cuisine invites you to discover its aromas and flavours. This year, too, the Carso restaurants will dedicate a number of evenings to typical recipes, excellent local wines and cultural artistic events. From October 18th to November 9th join us at our associated restaurants from Dolina to Sovodnje ob Soči.
