Data Base of the tourist and food & wine operators (restaurant caterers, producers and craftsmen) and the organisations of the »CARSO/KRAS« cross-border area, created within the framework of the project co-funded by the Italy-Slovenia 2000-2006 »Scenaries and Flavours of the Karst Plateau without Frontiers« Interreg III A Community Initiative Programme.

The Interreg IIIA Italy-Slovenia 2000-2006 “Sceneries and Flavours of the Karst Plateau without Frontiers” project involves twelve trattorias of the Italian Karst affiliated to the Slovenian regional economic Union of Trieste and seven trattorias of the Slovenian Karst affiliated to Območna obrtna zbornica Sežana (Sežana Local Handicraft Chamber).
